Process

For over 30 years Centri-Force has been providing specialist support to the process industries.  The Company started out providing field service and repair of decanter centrifuges and high speed disc stack separators in the UK.  This led to the setting up of an engineering and machining facility to ensure rapid turnaround of repairs to equipment that is routinely used in manufacturing business continuously, without the need to go back to the original equipment manufacturer.  This was then supplemented by computerised high speed dynamic to enable the Company to tackle even the most complex repairs.

Since centrifuges are involved in wet processes that routinely require heat treatment it was only logical that the Company be agents for tubular heat exchangers and plate heat exchangers.  Today the Company can still provide all of these products and services but in addition we can provide complete process lines and a range of new and used centrifuges.

Technical support and process expertise lies at the heart of everything we do.  Each project that we undertake adds to our experience and knowledge base.  It is this expertise that enables us to provide the answer to complex process issues and differentiates ourselves from other service providers.  We continue to develop our knowledge base and now recommend and supply the chemicals that are so often required as part of the process.
