On-site servicing

Our highly trained team of service engineers operates planned maintenance geared specifically to individual customer requirements and we provide rapid response breakdown cover in the event of an emergency.

Centri Force’s in-house expertise and product knowledge means we can offer a full service across our range of supply and our workshop facility allows us to effect larger repairs off site.

Our engineers will service and maintain each machine regardless of the original manufacturer, some our Service Engineers have over 20 years experience of on-site Centrifuge maintenance and together with our in-house training we can provide a wealth of experience to our clients.

At every site visit our engineers record vibration levels of each machine and they will issue a report highlight any faults found during the service or any remedial work required.

They also leave a copy of the spare parts used on each machine. This way you know exactly what has been fitted, and more importantly you are only charged for parts actually fitted and not complete spares kits.

We offer telephone support to our clients 24 hours each and every day of the year.

Our Factory Stores holds tens of thousands of pounds worth of stock so that you don’t have to. This enables us to plan maintenance schedules with the minimum of fuss and allows us to react immediately to an emergency break down callout; waiting on parts to arrive can be costly to your production demands and your business!
